Ayushman Bharat Yojana, also known as the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY), is a scheme that aims to help economically vulnerable Indians(having Name in BPL list) who are in need of healthcare facilities. It allows Rs 5 Lack medical treatment expenditure for a family(including all members) per year.
Required Documents 1) RATION CARD / PM LETTER
2) BIOMETRIC UPDATED AADHAR CARD OF EACH MEMBER
3) EVERY MEMBER HAVE PERSONLY PRESENT AT CENTRE.
